Omschrijving van de functionaliteit
Blue10 bewaart contracten voor minimaal 12 jaar in het digitale archief. In Blue10 zit de mogelijkheid om het digitale archief met contracten te downloaden en op te slaan op je computer.
Hoe werkt de functionaliteit?
Volg de volgende stappen:
1. Klik op Instellingen in het menu aan de linkerkant. Alleen gebruikers met toegang tot alle contracten kunnen deze pagina zien en openen.
2. Met de Download contractbestanden knop download je alle contracten en bijlages uit je Contract Management omgeving.
3. Met de Exporteer contract details knop exporteer je een .XLSX-bestand met alle contract details uit je Contract Management omgeving.

Blue10 stores contracts in its digital archive for at least 12 years. Blue10 offers the option to download the digital archive containing contracts and save it on your computer.
How does the functionality work?
Follow these steps:
1. Click on Settings in the menu on the left. Only users with access to all contracts can see and access this page.
2. With the Download contract files button you can download all files and attachments from your Contract Management environment.
3. With the Export contractdetails as xlsx button you can export an .XLSX-file with all the contract details from your Contract Management environment.
